		<description>I read somewhere that diet can help lose weight in certain areas of your body (like tummy fat) and that exercise can help you lose weight from the flabby thighs, etc...   

Any truth to this?   It seems logical to me that you might lose some tummy weight from dieting, but I cant imagine losing my big thighs without some exercise to burn that off...</description>
